This position will focus on the production and improvement of complex embedded software and systems for DoD programs. If you are a high level engineer with expertise programming microcontrollers, please apply


Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop, test, and improve embedded C/C++ code

  • Design, develop, and implement embedded software and firmware for various electronic systems.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements and specifications.

  • Develop and maintain software documentation, including specifications, test plans, and user manuals.

  • Conduct testing and debugging of embedded systems to ensure functionality and performance.

  • Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to continually improve our products and processes.

  • Participate in design reviews and provide input on hardware and software architecture decisions.

Responsibilities:

  • 5+ years of experience in embedded systems development, with proficiency in coding with C/C++.
  • Strong understanding of electronic circuitry and hardware design principles.
  • Experience with microcontrollers, sensors, and communication protocols (e.g., SPI, I2C, UART).
  • Knowledge of real-time operating systems (RTOS).
  • Experience with Embedded Linux.
  • MIL-STD 1553 would be a big plus.
