Our client, a leading company in the digital solutions, is seeking a talented and creative UX Designer to join their dynamic team. The company is known for its innovative approach and commitment to delivering top-notch user experiences.

**Job Summary:**

The UX Designer will be responsible for creating intuitive, user-friendly designs that enhance the overall user experience of the company's digital products. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of user-centred design principles, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to translate complex requirements into seamless user interfaces.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Conduct user research and gather insights to understand user needs and behaviours.

- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design ideas.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and functional design solutions, including product managers, developers, and other designers.

- Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all digital products.

- Perform usability testing and iterate on designs based on feedback and user data.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continually improve the user experience.

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in UX design or a similar role.

- Proficiency in design tools like Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.

- Strong portfolio showcasing previous UX design projects and demonstrating problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Experience with user research methods and usability testing.

- Knowledge of front-end development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
