Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans.

  • Provide top-tier training and leadership to team members.

  • Cultivate team camaraderie and accelerate the learning curve of team members.

  • Achieve unlimited earning potential and career growth.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of successful sales/marketing experience.

  • Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.

  • A strong drive for high earnings.

  • High energy, self-discipline, and goal orientation.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Comfort with speaking in front of individuals and groups.

  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills.

  • A professional appearance and demeanor.

  • A passion for marketing and community service.
