As a Maintenance Tech at The Sharon at SouthPark, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility. On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for conducting routine inspections, performing preventive maintenance tasks, and addressing any necessary repairs. This may include tasks such as troubleshooting electrical systems, repairing plumbing issues, and maintaining the HVAC system.

You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment throughout the facility, which may involve tasks such as cleaning common areas, removing trash, and ensuring proper disposal of hazardous materials. Additionally, you will be expected to assist with any special projects or renovations as needed.
