The Enterprise Sales Representative will identify new opportunities to expand markets, drive business growth and capitalize on new revenue potential. This individual will generate new business through direct calls, emails, and live demos to prospective sports organizations. The sales process is consultative in nature and includes outbound prospecting in conjunction with inbound lead marketing automation, conducting discovery calls, completing live demos, preparing and sending proposals and closing the sale. The Enterprise Sales Representative is adaptable, a self-starter, enthusiastic, resilient, and organized. This role has minimal travel requirements, though large opportunities may require an in-person presentation.

Requirements:

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the sale of the Company's products and services by actively creating and developing new Enterprise sales opportunities and managing and growing existing Enterprise customer relationships
  • Effectively manage the sales team's efforts to maximize sales revenues and meet assigned business goals and objectives
  • Identifies, nurtures, and closes new solution opportunities that result in substantial growth in the company's share, revenues, and margin
  • Proactively engages and manages partners to strengthen solution capabilities and drive greater value for the client and the company
  • Develop territories, territory management plans, and sales support strategies

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 5+ years in high-volume sales or business development experience with full-cycle selling
  • Experience in the sports insurance and/or athlete safety field preferred
  • Proven track record of exceeding goals
  • Experience running online web/mobile software demos through a variety of platforms
  • Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to quickly establish rapport with potential partners over the phone and email
  • Ability to quickly understand products and services and effectively identify how they can provide
  • value to a prospective partner
  • General computer proficiency, including working knowledge of G-Suite tools, Microsoft Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.), Salesforce, etc.
