Start Date: July/2024

Duration: 1 Year contract +4 years extendable/ Full time

Shift Schedule: 40hrs /week, 8:00AM – 4:30PM (Monday - Friday)

Requirements:

License: Any state Current unrestricted Dentist and DEA license

Certifications: BLS, ACLS (Required) PALS (Preferred)

Experience: 12 months within the past 2 years

Responsibilities:

Provide dental services to children, adults, and elderly;

• Interview and collection of pertinent health data from patients;

• Review past medical history

• Evaluation/assessment of patient condition and documentation in a legible manner

• Conduct case conferences with IHS staff, patient, and/or guardian as necessary

• Follow IHS guidelines for Patient Referred Care (PRC)

• Conduct patient care in assigned duty area

• Diagnostic/examination, screening, initial and periodic

• Prophylaxis, including hand scaling, and use of ultrasonic instruments
