RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy custom ERP solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, Point & Click automation, and other Salesforce technologies,
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, requirements, and challenges, and translate them into effective solutions,
  • Lead the design and architecture of complex implementations, considering scalability, extensibility, and maintainability,
  • Develop technical specifications, customizations, and integrations to extend capabilities and meet unique business requirements,
  • Provide guidance and best practices to development teams in configuration, customization, and custom development,
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and security guidelines,
  • Evaluate new features, technologies, and third-party applications to recommend optimal solutions for clients,
  • Define data migration strategies and oversee data mapping, extraction, transformation, and loading processes,
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, business analysts, and quality assurance professionals, to ensure successful project delivery,
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering technical expertise, thought leadership, and strategic recommendations to maximize their investment,
  • Provide mentorship and training to junior team members, fostering their professional growth and development,
  • Act as a subject matter expert on development, offering insights and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience with full cycle Salesforce implementations,
  • Profound technical understanding of Certinia ERP and/or other known ERP systems. Knowledge of accounting as a field of study is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, security model, and integration capabilities,
  • Knowledge of Salesforce products such as: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or Experience Cloud,
  • Experience with complex AppExchange products,
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks for Salesforce development,
  • Experience with Salesforce integration patterns, REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware platforms such as MuleSoft or Informatica,
  • Proficient at designing solutions at a granular level,
  • Salesforce Developer 1 and 2 certifications.

PREFERENCES

  • Salesforce Architect certifications,
  • Previous experience in a client-facing consulting role, providing advisory services and building long-term client relationships,
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders,
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions that meet or exceed client expectations,
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to understand and optimize complex business processes

Compensation at Coalescence Cloud Consulting varies depending on various factors, such as role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, we have provided above a reasonable range of compensation for the role described.
