Job Summary:
Lingos Staffing is seeking hardworking and reliable individuals for general building construction positions. The ideal candidates will have a solid understanding of construction procedures and the ability to work in various weather conditions. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform a variety of construction tasks including, but not limited to, framing, roofing, drywall installation, flooring/tiling and finishing.
  • Assist with the installation of windows, doors, and other building components.
  • Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
  • Load and unload construction materials and equipment.
  • Follow blueprints and building plans to meet the needs of clients.
  • Measure, cut, or shape wood, plastic, and other materials.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in general construction work.
  • Proficient in using hand and power tools.
  • Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 pounds), bending, and standing for long periods.
  • Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
  • Commitment to following safety guidelines and protocols.
