Compensation and Benefits: We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $65K to $115K, commensurate with experience and performance, along with:

Your Role as a Pediatric Occupational Therapist: As a pivotal member of our clinical team, you will provide exceptional therapy interventions to our clients, facilitating their functional growth and development. Collaborating closely with healthcare providers, you will deliver quality therapy services and educate patients, families, and caregivers on effective support strategies.

Expectations:

  • Achieve 95% positive customer satisfaction.
  • Meet 80% of proposed goals upon re-evaluation.
  • Fulfill 100% of billable hours per employment agreement.
  • Maintain high punctuality and completion rates for documentation.

Required Qualifications:

  • Active occupational therapy license.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in pediatric therapy is preferred.
