Responsibilities: Learn to provide installation, repair, maintenance, and upgrade services for residential and commercial irrigation systems. Tasks include installing, inspecting, optimizing, troubleshooting, repairing, and upgrading irrigation systems Identifying issues, recommending solutions, and ensuring resolution for clients.

Compensation: $14 - $20/hr
Compensation:$14 - $20 hourly
Responsibilities:- Work independently (once trained) and as a team as needed on all irrigation installations, repairs, and upgrades.
- Prepare estimates on-site and present them to customers.
- Conduct service calls, complete irrigation system checks and execute the scope of work.
- Install or troubleshoot smart irrigation controllers and set up zones for optimal water coverage.
- Educate residential and commercial customers on how to use their systems in a professional and friendly manner.
- Build and maintain trust and great relationships with customers, colleagues, and vendors.
- Follow warehouse and equipment daily maintenance and cleaning standards.
- Demonstrate expertise in the maintenance and repair of irrigation systems and related components including irrigation lines, sprinkler heads, control panels, valves, pumps, PVB/backflow preventers, etc.
- Perform seasonal maintenance of irrigation systems for turn-on and winterization.
- Learn about other departments to provide backup support.
- Follow all safety training and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment.
- 3+ years of experience in landscaping or related field.
- Proficiency in using landscaping equipment and tools.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record and reliable transportation.
