We are looking for Service Team Member: Liner, Order Taker, Cashier for our Decatur location.


Job Summary:

As a Service Team Member, you are responsible for delivering food and providing a premium experience to our guests. You will greet and assist guests with questions and suggestions while taking food orders and ensuring guests are satisfied. You will prepare orders, bag, wrap, label, date, and store food items while following gusto food preparation standards. The Team Member must be respectful and professional and highly adaptable in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities:


  • Greet, welcome, and take the order from the guest

  • Order/ticket prioritization

  • Station cleanliness and sanitation

  • Menu knowledge

  • Guest interaction

  • Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients

  • Display professionalism

  • Adhere to uniform and personal hygiene standards including wearing non-slip shoes

  • Point-of-sale system knowledge

  • Sense of urgency

  • Third-party delivery system knowledge and operation

  • Be comfortable standing for the entire shift and occasionally lifting items no heavier than 53lbs


Qualifications & Experience:


  • Food service experience is preferred but not necessary

  • Great communication skills

  • Able to work well in a team environment

  • Attention to details

  • Punctual, reliable, and trustworthy

  • Ability to multitask

  • Available to work all shifts including opening/closing, weekends, and holidays as needed

  • Desire for continuous learning and professional development

  • Must have reliable means of transportation

  • Must be at least 15 years old
