a. Quality Assurance Manual Testers
i. Works with development team to write test cases and understand failure points. Test cases are written and run using SynapseRT in Jira.
ii. Test development work for the team and log defects in Jira.
iii. Collaborate with other QA staff on regression testing before deployment.
iv. Would be part of the QA Community of Practice to share ideas and learn from others.
