We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Beverage Director to join our team. As a Beverage Director, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our beverage program, including creating and implementing new drink menus, managing inventory, and training staff on proper drink preparation and service.


Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement creative and innovative drink menus that align with our brand and customer preferences

- Manage inventory and ordering of all beverage-related items, including alcohol, mixers, and garnishes

- Train and educate staff on proper drink preparation, service, and sales techniques

- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to alcohol service and sales

- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including equipment and supplies

- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement

- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure food and drink pairings are complementary

- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers

- Manage beverage-related budgets and expenses
