As our Lead Board Certified Behavior Analyst, you'll enjoy a full-time schedule with flexibility between the hours of 8 AM and 6 PM, Monday through Friday. Work/Life Balance is important to us

  • This position manages all clinicians and is responsible for the performance management and hiring of clinical staff.
  • Collaborates with executive staff, therapists, and families to determine continuum of care for program participants.
  • Acts as the program's liaison with families and offers recommendations for program development and improvement.
  • Attends meetings called by the executive staff and participates in discussions concerning the revision, improvement and expansion of existing programs and offers recommendations.
  • Ensure assessments and progress reports for your caseload and BCBA supervises caseload are completed on time and in line with quality expectations.
  • Directs program staff in the day-to-day provision of innovative, effective, and evidenced-based treatment services for the client population.
  • Reviews and approves all clinical documentation (treatment progress, treatment plans, and client coordination of care plan) and conducts regular quality assurance and quality improvement reviews to ensure that all appropriate record-keeping is performed on a timely basis.

Your day begins with a comprehensive review of client progress, ensuring every intervention is on track for success. With your keen eye for detail, you provide clinical oversight, guiding behavior consultants toward excellence. Throughout the day, you lead by example, offering training and mentorship that empowers your team to deliver exceptional care. As the sun sets on another fulfilling day, you leave knowing you've made a lasting impact

Here's what we need from you:

  • 2+ years of experience in the field, though passion can outweigh tenure
  • Arizona LBA certification
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
  • Registration with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is preferred, but not required.
