Job Summary:

The Experienced Detailer at Frank Kent Motor Company's Body Shop in Fort Worth, Texas, is responsible for providing high-quality detailing services to our customers' vehicles. This role is a full-time, individual contributor position that requires a skilled and experienced detailer who is passionate about the auto industry and providing exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

- Perform thorough exterior and interior detailing services on a variety of vehicles including cars, trucks, and SUVs
- Use various tools and techniques to clean, polish, and protect vehicle surfaces, including but not limited to washing, waxing, buffing, and applying protective coatings
- Vacuum and steam clean carpets and upholstery, as well as clean and condition leather surfaces
- Inspect vehicles for any damage or imperfections and take appropriate measures to address them
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including properly disposing of waste and hazardous materials
- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure their satisfaction with the services provided
- Stay updated on latest detailing techniques and products, and make recommendations for improvements to our services and processes
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies, including proper use and maintenance of equipment and tools

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in professional auto detailing, preferably in a body shop setting
- Extensive knowledge of detailing tools, products, and techniques
- Detail-oriented with strong attention to detail and quality of work
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Must be able to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs. for extended periods of time
- Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
