A DAY IN THE LIFE OF THE BIOM:
The Business Intelligence & Operations Manager oversees IT, Customer Care, and Data Analysis to ensure seamless operations and exceptional service delivery. This role involves optimizing technological infrastructure, enhancing customer support, and leveraging data insights for informed decisions. You will manage IT & cybersecurity strategy, customer care, and other operational tasks, including vendor relationships. As a proactive leader, you ensure operational efficiency, drive customer satisfaction, and contribute to the organization's success through strategic decision-making.
REQUIREMENTS FOR THE BIOM (Business Intelligence & Operations Mgr)
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT Management, or related experience; Master's degree preferred.
Proven experience (5 years) in a similar role with expertise in IT management, cyber security, and/or physical security.
Experience building, leading, and supporting high-functioning teams is essential.
Experience managing relationships with IT managed service providers.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Capable of receiving and implementing feedback effectively.
Skilled in establishing and maintaining effective interdepartmental relationships.
Able to manage multiple projects concurrently in a deadline-driven environment.
Collaborative, transparent, and inclusive work approach.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication skills with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, PMP) are a plus.
