Madison, United States Rentable Full time
Job DescriptionJob Description

We're Changing the Rentals Industry

We're a profitable, growth-stage company specializing in industry-leading martech and data SaaS products for the rentals industry. Originally known for building and operating one of the U.S.'s largest rental marketplaces, Rentable, we have since expanded our portfolio to include two high-growth products: an AI mar-tech solution and ApartmentIQ, a category-leading competitive intelligence software.

We're a 100% remote team of 90 spread across the U.S. from coast to coast. We operate on a strict no a**holes policy and are proud to have built a community of highly performant people that take our work seriously, but not ourselves.

While we've raised $30MM+ to date from some of the world's best investors, we're profitable with a strong balance sheet and an indefinite runway. We pride ourselves on achieving rapid growth without having to incinerate capital.

If you like the idea of joining an industry-changing company made up of people who genuinely like each other, Rentable could be a great fit for you.

The Role

We're looking for a strategic and creative Product Management professional to grow our successful and rapidly growing intelligence platform for multi-family owners and operators. ApartmentIQ is the industry's only source of daily, unit-level competitive intelligence. We track over 10M units delivering the most accurate, up-to-date rent rate and leasing data available to multifamily operators today.

Our ideal candidate will be collaborative, organized, and intuitive. You will play a critical role in shaping our product strategy and driving the successful execution of our roadmap.

If you are a highly motivated, results-oriented individual with a passion for growth and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, we would love to hear from you. Join our team and help shape the future of our exciting company.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the product strategy and roadmap to grow the customer base, drive incremental revenue, and retain customers.
  • Work with Product leadership to define and execute product requirements for new features and products.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to generate business insights.
  • Partner with engineering and design teams to deliver best-in-class products on time.
  • Lead the end-to-end product development process from discovery to launch.
  • Define key product metrics and performance indicators to measure product success.
  • Manage the product backlog, prioritize features, and make data-driven decisions to optimize resource allocation and maximize product impact.
  • Engage with customers to understand buyer and user needs, and diagnose customer pain points.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales on field enablement and go-to-market activities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and optimize product execution processes.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, experience in a high-growth B2B company or high-growth B2B SaaS startup is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in analytics, economics principles, and competitive analysis in past roles, leading to measurable business impact.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable product plans.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
  • Experience with user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform product decisions.
  • Analytical and data-driven approach identifying, defining, and prioritizing problems, opportunities, and solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a dynamic, rapidly changing startup environment.
  • Organized and detail-oriented with project management experience.
  • Passion for innovation, innate curiosity, and building products that solve real customer problems.

Why Rentable:

  • 100% Remote Workplace
  • Competitive Compensation Package
  • Stock Options
  • Open Vacation Policy (you take vacation whenever you want)
  • Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance
  • 100% Paid Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, and Life Insurance Program
  • 401k Program
  • No A**hole Policy
