A sports rehab facility in Florence, SC, is seeking a compassionate, enthusiastic, personable therapist to join their team. This clinic specializes in providing comprehensive rehabilitation services, building patients' resilience, and aiding them in preventing future injuries and fostering self-confidence for maintaining healthy lifestyle changes.
This rehab facility culture is one of the best we've ever seen. The owners of this facility value quality over quantity. They believe in 1-on-1 therapy with patients. On average, only seeing 1.35 patients per hour (~11 patients/ day) with a supportive team that is excited to dive in to help when available. This is a 40hrs/week salary position and hours are not dependent on the number of patients seen. This is a clinic dedicated to supporting your continued professional development and encourages you to specialize in areas that interest you, ensuring your growth as a clinical care provider throughout your career.
As a Physical Therapist, you will:
- Conduct assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for patients.
- Implement therapeutic interventions.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
- Educate patients and their families on adaptive techniques and equipment, empowering them to achieve their goals.
- Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed, ensuring the highest standard of care.
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current PT license in South Carolina or eligibility to obtain one.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- A genuine passion for helping others and a commitment to patient-centered care.
- Strong detail orientation and multi-tasking abilities
- Efficient computer skills for timely completion of documentation and billing submission
- A true encourager and someone with a positive attitude
- Someone willing to go the extra mile for the patients they work with.
