Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities range from, but are not limited to the following:
- Cleaning food preparation areas, cooking surfaces, and utensils.
- Cooking multiple customer orders at one time.
- Maintaining sanitation, health and safety standards in work area.
- Assisting with the cleaning, sanitation, and organization of the kitchen, kitchen equipment, walk-in coolers and freezers, and all storage areas.
- Washing, cutting, and prepping food items for actual or anticipated orders.
- Measuring ingredients required for specific food items being prepared.
- Mixing ingredients.
- Operating large volume cooking equipment such as mixers, slicers, ovens, grills, deep fat fryers, and/or griddles.
- Reading food order tickets or receiving verbal instructions as to food required by patron, and preparing food accordingly.
- Verifying that prepared food meets requirements for quality, presentation, and quantity.
- Cleaning, stocking, and restocking workstations.
- Following recipes.
- Creating nightly specials and advertising them
- Additional duties, responsibilities, and special projects as directed by management.
Paid $13-$14 hourly
Shift starts at 5am.
