Our Slot Attendants are responsible for the accurate payout of slot machine jackpots and all paperwork related to these transactions. Additionally must respond timely and professionally to all guest needs.

Expected Contributions include and other duties may be assigned:
  • Accurately paying out all slot machine jackpots and completing all paperwork.
  • Servicing minor slot machine malfunctions.
  • Able to perform basic preventative machine maintenance.
  • Verifying change bank impress totals, preparing paperwork, closing and opening banks.
  • Knowing slot machine code errors.
  • Maintain a constant presence throughout the casino floor in order to assist guests on how to play and read the machines
  • Complete necessary sign in and out sheets for radios/keys.
  • Understand and follow proper procedures for radio usage.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
High School Diploma or equivalent required. Excellent employee and customer service skills are essential.LICENSES, CERTIFICATIONS OR REGISTRATIONS:
