We are seeking dedicated Licensed Applied Behavior Analysts with experience in early intervention and pediatrics to join our team.


Primary job tasks:

  • Completes skill-based assessments and develops skill acquisition programming.
  • Develops and implements Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP) through the use of the results of Functional Assessments and Analysis and team collaboration.
  • Trains team and family on implementation of strategies
  • Provides supervision to ABA therapists

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Licensed Behavior Analyst in good standing
  • Active certification from the BACB as a BCBA or BCBA-D in good standing

Minimum Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to move easily between sitting and standing. Ability to maintain a safe, supportive environment by quickly responding to clients as needed.
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
