Job Title: Nurse Practitioner
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our clinic. As a Nurse Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing primary care to patients, including diagnosing and treating illnesses, prescribing medications, and managing overall patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, injuries, and infections
- Prescribe medications and other treatments as needed
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests and imaging studies
- Provide patient education and counseling on disease prevention and management
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective patient care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
