Job DescriptionJob Description

We are looking for a skilled prep cook to join our culinary team at the Carolina Inn at Village Green. As a prep cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking food with preparation of a few basic items that normally involve operating large-volume single-purpose cooking equipment.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment, be able to work independently, and have excellent time management skills. There is a part time position with a 6:00am to 2:30pm shift and a full time position with a 10:00am to 6:30pm shift, with weekend and holiday availability required.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Proven experience as a prep cook
  • Strong knowledge of food handling and sanitation standards
  • Ability to follow recipes accurately
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Weekend and holiday availability

Shift:

Full time position, anytime between 6:00am and 7:30pm | Some Weekends and Holidays required
