What we are looking for
We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Systems Engineer with expertise in both security and programming to join our talented team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, deploying, and maintaining cloud-based systems while implementing robust security measures to protect our assets and data. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop automation scripts, optimize performance, and enhance scalability.

Your responsibilities
  • Design, deploy, and maintain cloud infrastructure in Microsoft Azure.
  • Implement and manage security measures to safeguard cloud environments, including identity and access management, network security, encryption, and compliance.
  • Develop automation scripts and tools to streamline deployment processes, enhance scalability, and improve operational efficiency.
  • Monitor system performance and reliability, identifying and resolving issues to ensure optimal uptime and performance.
  • Collaborate with software development teams to integrate security best practices into the software development lifecycle.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies, industry trends, and security threats to proactively address potential risks and vulnerabilities.
  • Knowledge of Azure Devops and GitHub.

You are

  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

You have
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience working as a Cloud Systems Engineer, with a focus on security and programming.
  • Strong proficiency in cloud platforms such as  Azure..
  • Solid understanding of network security principles, encryption techniques, and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS).
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or .Net, with experience developing automation scripts and tools.
  • Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) and infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation) is a plus.
