A Kitchen Designer specializing in European products and design is a skilled professional with extensive knowledge of European kitchen trends, products, and design aesthetics. They are experts in incorporating the sleek, modern, and functional elements characteristic of European kitchen design into residential and commercial spaces. The specialist works closely with clients to create stylish and efficient kitchen environments that embrace the essence of European craftsmanship and innovation.

Kitchen Designer – European Products and Design Specialist - Tasks and Responsibilities:

1. Client Consultation: Meet with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and budget constraints for their kitchen remodeling or new construction project.

2. Design Concept Development: Develop innovative and practical kitchen designs based on client input, taking into account the available space, architectural elements, and desired style.

3. Space Planning: Utilize Design Software (Winner/Cyncly) to create detailed floor plans and 3D visualizations of the proposed kitchen layout. Optimize the arrangement of cabinets, countertops, appliances, and other kitchen elements for optimal functionality and traffic flow.

4. Product Selection: Collaborate with clients to choose appropriate kitchen cabinetry, countertops, flooring, lighting, fixtures, and appliances that align with the design concept and meet the client's needs.

5. Budgeting: Provide cost estimates for the proposed kitchen design, considering both materials and labor expenses, and offer alternative options to stay within the client's budget.

6. Code Compliance: Ensure that the kitchen design adheres to local building codes, safety standards, and industry regulations.

7. Material Sourcing: Identify and liaise with suppliers and vendors to source high-quality materials and components for the kitchen project.

8. Project Management: Oversee the kitchen design project from inception to completion, coordinating with contractors, installers, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth execution.

9. Client Presentation: Present the finalized kitchen design to clients through presentations and renderings, explaining the rationale behind design choices and addressing any concerns.


10. Follow-Up: Provide post-installation support and address any issues or modifications requested by the client after project completion.

11. Industry Trends: Stay updated with the latest kitchen design trends, materials, and technologies to offer innovative and cutting-edge solutions to clients.

12. Collaboration: Work closely with architects, interior designers, contractors, and other professionals involved in the project to ensure seamless integration of the kitchen design with the overall space.

Kitchen Designer – European Products and Design Specialist - Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

  • Proven experience as a Kitchen Designer with a specialization in European products and design.

  • Creative mindset with a passion for bringing European design inspirations to life in kitchen projects.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey European design concepts to clients.

  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Extensive knowledge of European kitchen design trends, styles, and product brands.

  • Strong knowledge and familiarity in working with Metric System

  • Proficiency in CAD software and other design tools.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to evolving project requirements.

  • Knowledge of building codes, safety standards, and regulations related to kitchen design.

  • Strong understanding of kitchen design principles, spatial planning, and ergonomics.

  • High skills in English and Spanish language are necessary. Other multilingual skills, especially in European languages, may be advantageous for dealing with European suppliers and clients.
