Business Manager Internship Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Anticipate and address objections, doubts, or hesitations from prospects.
- Use persuasive selling techniques to guide the conversation toward a favorable outcome.
- Present pricing, payment options, and any special promotions to entice potential customers to make a purchase.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions, including addresses visited, outcomes, and any follow-up required.
- Demonstrate a willingness to assist and a commitment to their satisfaction.
- Collaborate with sales and support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Participate in training programs designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of the company's operations, policies, and procedures
Business Manager Internship Qualifications:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in sales, customer service or retail preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with customers, understanding their needs, and explaining product features.
- Genuinely interested in helping customers find the right products or solutions.
- Efficiently managing time, prioritizing tasks, and handling multiple customer interactions are key.
