Nous cherchons pour le compte d'une banque internationale basée à Casablanca, un Tech Lead e-Banking Corpo, dans le cadre du projet de digitalisation des flux métier de la banque dédiée à la clientèle corporate, la tribe corpo au sein de la Digital Factory.

Expert incontournable, vous serez amené à participer à l’élaboration du design technique
des produits et faciliter la recherche de solutions, dont vous serez le garant, ainsi qu'à l’intégration du produit dans le SI. Vous serez également le référent des équipes Agile.

Vos missions:

  • Conduire l’élaboration du design technique des produits.
  • Coacher les équipes informatiques et former les nouveaux arrivants.
  • Collaborer à l’intégration des produits dans le SI avec l’architecte
    technique et entreprise.
  • Garantir la qualité des produits.
  • Faire progresser les membres de l’équipe.

En tant que technical leader, vous serez l’autorité technique au sein du
domaine digital corporate pour la conception, développement et
l’implémentation de solutions digitales innovantes, conduisant à
l’excellence technique du produit digital:

  • Doté de solides expériences en tant que tech lead ou architecte
    système, avec un niveau de séniorité avancé sur des technologies telles
    que Java, Angular, BD SQL telle que PostgreSQL. Vous serez amené à coder une bonne partie du temps.
  • Développement produit digital; Vous êtes pionnier technique sur le
    développement des features, équilibrant entre technical leadership et
    engagement actif au niveau de l’écriture code. Capable de résoudre des
    agréments techniques, gérer les risques pour assurer une stabilité et
    sécurité du produit digital.
  • Roadmap du produit digital : Collaborer avec les product owners et
    parties prenantes pour affiner la feuille de route produit et backlog,
    tout en alignant les priorités avec les besoins clients et objectifs métiers
  • Expérience à concevoir et déployer des applications en architecture
    micro-services
  • Force de proposition dans la résolution des problèmes et en prise de
    décision, vous êtes aussi orienté résultats et capable d’identifier les
    priorités, proposer et initier/exécuter les actions nécessaires.
  • Vous êtes le go-to expert dans votre domaine, actant en tant que
    autorité technique pour les améliorations produit.
  • Solide expériences en CI/CD et automatisation des tests (unitaires,
    intégration, fonctionnels et performance)

Profil recherché : un Tech Lead avec un minimum de 5 ans d’expérience

Compétences opérationnelles : BAC + 5 avec une expérience dans un poste similaire en conception de progiciel industrialisé, expérience en gestion de projet IT et une expérience dans l’environnement agile / Digital

Compétences techniques / Soft skills :

  •  Esprit d’équipe avec un sens de la diplomatie
  • A l'aise avec le partage et le transfert des connaissances aux autres (que
    ce soit au sein de l'équipe Agile ou avec les parties prenantes)
  • Connaissance des tendances, des normes techniques et des enjeux du
    digital et des méthodologies agiles.

Durée de la Mission : 3 mois renouvelables ( visibilité du projet sur 1 année minimum )
