Currently seeking experienced workers with waterproofing and caulking experience for commercial restoration projects in the Miami area, SERVICE TRUCK AND TOOLS ARE PROVIDED. High-Rise, Swing stage experience a PLUS.
We pay top dollar for experience, For the past 30 years, our client is one of the largest and most respected General Contractors in Florida who specializes in concrete restoration, stucco, waterproofing, interior and exterior painting and more.
Ideal candidates should have previous experience with caulking and waterproofing commercial restoration projects - High-Rise buildings. Must have used a swing stage, tooling knives and standard sausage gun application. Must have experience using a variety of tools. Must be able to Pass a Drug Screen and have a clean driving record. To qualify you must have the following:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid FL driver's license: ability to pass a background and drug screen.
- MUST have experience in commercial caulking and waterproofing
- Must know how to use a swing stage, tooling knives and Standard sausage gun application; Bosun chair a plus
- Must have strong communication skills and customer service oriented.
- Must be dependable and excellent time management skills
