Soccer Shots East Texas is a youth soccer organization for children 2 8 years old that works in childcare centers, preschools, and public spaces, and were looking for coaches.
Weve got the curriculum, the equipment, and the apparel you bring your enthusiasm, responsibility, and love for children and soccer As a Soccer Shots soccer coach, you will be the face of our organization. You will be out in the community running our 30 45 minute soccer sessions for children at schools, parks, and public spaces, and will be responsible for creating an awesome experience for each and every child.
Its fun for sure, but its also a lot of work, and we have high expectations. But, if youre up for the challenge, have experience working with children, and want to be a part of an organization thats making a difference every day fill out an application
Other details:
- Must pass a Child Abuse History Clearance and background check
- Must have your own car, and its reliable
- Ability to work with little supervision (once you get your schedule, youll be expected to show up, on time, at every location each week)
- Youll commit to a minimum of one year this is very important given the age of children we work with
- As a full time coach you will coach a minimum of 25-30 sessions when in season
- Seasons happen 40+ weeks out of the year.
- When not coaching you will be expected to take initiative with administrative tasks to continue to scale and grow the business
- Coaching Saturday mornings will be required for this role
