A Team Member's responsibility is to serve our guests faithfully through their duties and responsibilities in the Front of the House as well as the Back of the House.

Prior experience as customer service, cashier, kitchen associate, restaurant crew member, team member, or other part-time restaurant job experience is not required but is preferred.

As a front of house team member, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, handling cash, cleaning the restaurant, working in the drive-thru inside and outside, preparing food, and ensuring that our guests have a wonderful dining experience. You will work closely with other team members to maintain a clean and organized dining area, restocking supplies, and following safety and sanitation procedures.

As a back of house team member, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking food, cleaning the restaurant, washing dishes, taking out the trash, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring that orders are accurate and completed in a timely manner. You will work closely with other team members to ensure that our kitchen is clean, organized, and stocked with the necessary supplies.

Key responsibilities for both front and back of house team members include:

Providing exceptional customer service to our guests
Following safety and sanitation procedures
Maintaining a clean and organized work area
Being a team player and supporting other team members
Upholding Chick-fil-A Arboretum's values of hospitality, ownership, and growth
Applicants will be expected to be able to work on their feet for several hours at a time.
Willingness to work Drive-Thru positions outside in all 4 seasons
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
