Full Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team. The Assistant Restaurant Manager will work closely with the Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, strong leadership skills, and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in recruiting, training, and supervising restaurant staff to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Maintain a customer-centric approach by ensuring guests always receive prompt and courteous service.
  • Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures, scheduling, and inventory management.
  • Ensure food and beverage quality meets company standards by monitoring preparation techniques, presentation, and taste.
  • Assist in managing restaurant budgets, controlling costs, and maximizing profitability.
  • Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain positive guest relations.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
  • Work closely with the Restaurant Manager and other department heads to achieve business goals and objectives.
  • Support marketing initiatives and promotional activities to drive sales and increase restaurant visibility.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 1-2 years of full-service restaurant management experience
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within the restaurant industry is preferred.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable dining experiences.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proven ability to handle challenging situations with tact and diplomacy.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Must have reliable means of transportation
Must have the ability to stand for up to 8 hours per shift
Must have the ability to lift some heavy items
