Role and Responsibilities

We are looking for strong candidates to be part of a successful team at DownEast.

Essential Functions

  • Moving and unloading furniture
  • Driving business to meet specific goals
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, secure and friendly store

Working Conditions

  • Lift 50 70 lbs comfortably
  • Spend entire shift on feet

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Able to work flexible hours and weekends
  • Saturday availability is required
  • Strong work ethic
  • Willingness to interact with team members
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Multi-tasking skills
  • Self starter
  • Knowledge and use of basic tools
  • Well organized

Preferred Skills

  • Warehouse and/or furniture experience
  • Minor carpentry
  • Lift truck experience
