Quality Technician I Job Duties:
* Inspecting and verifying parts, including dimensional checks, welds, finishes, markings, and component configurations, typically using visual inspection and simple tools
* Reviewing material test reports (MTRs) and confirming they meet required standards
* Conducting basic root cause analysis for materials and collaborating with Engineering and Purchasing
* Utilizing Oracle materials management software to electronically record and track materials
* Performing weekly process audits in various production departments and creating audit reports
Quality Technician I Job Requirements:
* 2+ years of experience in a quality related role in manufacturing
* Experience with print reading, defect recognition, and finishing
* Proficiency with tools such as calipers, micrometers, thread gages, and digital indicators
* Strong communication, computer, and mathematical skills
* Ability to perform detailed visual inspections
Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm
