The Nurse Manager for OR is accountable and responsible for planning, directing, communicating and evaluating activities of the surgical services department. The Director has 24-hour responsibility for patient care, quality management, human resource management, financial management, and operational management in assigned areas. The Director is responsible for ensuring all services are provided in accordance with Hospital Policies, the Joint Commission requirements, the State Department of Health, and other regulatory agencies.
Minimum Requirements
Current, valid Pennsylvania RN license required
Bachelor's degree required
Minimum 5 years of progressive leadership experience in perioperative services is required.
Excellent communication skills and service orientation required.
