Behavioral Health Technician

Day shift: 7am - 7pm

We are seeking passionate, patient-centric, and goal-oriented team members to provide compassionate behavioral health services in our Fort Worth location.

We specialize in crisis stabilization, inpatient care, and outpatient treatment for acute mental health and substance use treatment.

Our philosophy is built on a psychosocial model of care to decrease suicide rates, addiction-related deaths, and improve productivity in the communities we serve.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional analyses of patient behavior and participate as a member of the treatment team.

  • Responsible for safety monitoring of patients and of the unit.
Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent.

BLS, CPI required.

1 year of experience working in a psychiatric inpatient setting.
