Job Description

Distribution Center - Material Handler
Location:  Sheridan, AR
 
Opportunity:

The hourly range for this position is $19.50 hourly. The specific hourly rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. Shift differential available.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following (Other duties may be assigned):

Ensure operators have material and supplies when needed at work centers

Specific Responsibilities:


  • Order components from DC based on schedule

  • Supply parts and Spindles to rackers for racking

  • Load wash baskets for washer

  • Transfer in SAP completed product to warehouse

  • The Material Support I may also be assigned other duties, such as verifying counts for inventory, transporting parts in/out of the departments, etc. as assigned by the department supervisor or lead.

 

Competency Requirements:

  • *Requirements to Apply:
  • Must have two or more years working in Manufacturing 
  • Must have two or more years of experience in Material Handling 
  • Must be comfortable with placing orders in SAP system- Suppling the lines- Reading part numbers, matching materials, stocking lines and computer experience 
  •  Forklift Experience is a plus
