Responsibilities: Responsible for the operation of Tray Pack Equipment in a safe manner, i.e., grinders, Sausage Stuffers
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Set Up, Operate and Maintain all equipment in the Tray Pack Department
- Ensure that the product is running at line speed as scheduled by Operations
- Maintain ongoing communication with Maintenance and Operations
Education & Experience:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent Preferred
- The ability to speak, read, and write English is preferred.
- Have some knowledge of Maintenance and Machinery
- Previous Experience Assembling, Disassembling and operating Machinery Preferred
- Machine Operator Experience in a Manufacturing environment is preferred.
