I-35 E Floor: 3rd Building: Main   General Information Tell us about the unit(s): ·          Number of Beds - 208 ·          Number of Staff – 28 ·          Type of staff: o     Day Shift – 4-5 RTs per shit to include a charge or supervisor o     Night Shift – 4-5 RTs per shift to include a charge or supervisor ·          Patient Ratios – goal of 38 UOS to start. ·          Type of equipment – G5, C1, Carestation, Parapac, 840, 980, V60, Metaneb, Airvo ·          EMR - Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for:     Must have :   candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. ·          Critical Care experience ·          ACLS, BLS, NRP or PALS ·          CRT/RRT Preferred or nice to have :   candidates with these skills will be considered first. ·          Both NRP and PALS ·            List typical procedures performed on unit(s):   ·             Breathing treatments and CPT therapy ·            Vent checks ·          Device/patient transport Best personality Fit: ·          Joyful and laidback ·          Positive ·          Likes to stay busy ·          REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS: ·          CRT/RRT ·          BLS, ACLS Floating Area(s): ·          Sitter Dress Code : ·          Scrub Color/Attire -   Black   Unit Guidelines/Policies : Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines. ·              Weekends and On call(if any) ·          Rotating weekends
