AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE TECHNICIAN

ADESA is looking for great mechanics to join our team. Whether youre entry-level, taking classes, or consider yourself intermediate or master level, we want to talk with you if: Youre motivated by staying busy all year long, having access to unlimited work, enjoy being around car people, and want to contribute your way to upward mobility and growth.

Lube & Tire Techs (entry-level)

• Brakes inspection and system check
• Electrical Charging system check
• Lighting Systems inspection
• Gas Engines inspection and oil replacement
• Tire and Wheel Maintenance including air pressure check and tread depth; replace if needed with mount and dismount as well as rotation
• Multi-point inspections
• Learn preventative maintenance

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Must be qualified to operate a motor vehicle and possess a valid drivers license.
• Must have a demonstrated ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Must have the ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools.

• The physical activity requirements of the position range from Light to Medium Physical Work.

Physical Working Conditions

This position is subject to both inside and outside environmental working conditions, including temperature changes, outside weather conditions, slightly elevated ambient noise levels, and minor atmospheric conditions affecting skin or respiratory systems, such as fumes, odors and dusts associated with internal and external service station/convenience food and petroleum dispensing operations.
