Epic Travel Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Telemetry PCU - Progressive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Allentown, Pennsylvania.

Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel RN - PCU Float

Shift: Nights, 7p-7:30a, 12x3, 36hrs per week

Length: 12 weeks

Requirements:

  • PA License 
  • 1-2 years Acute Care Experience in Cardiac/ PCU
  • Experience Needed: progressive/step down experience; phlebotomy, IV starts, cardiac rhythm interpretation, drips (such as amiodarone, Cardizem, heparin, insulin), chest tube management, epidural/PCA management, fall prevention, pressure injury preventionEPIC experience 
  • Telemetry, Post Cath/EP procedures, low level drips, nitro, milrinone, dobutamine, Cardizem
  • Graduate of accredited Nursing program
  • AHA BLS
  • AHA ACLS
  • AHA NIHSS
  • NRP preferred
  • PALS preferred
  • Experience Needed: progressiv
Other Details:
  • 50 miles radius
  • Proof of Covid & Flu vaccination MUST be provided at time candidate is submitted. Declinations are accepted
  • Requires a full Hep B series (3 doses) or positive Hep B antibody documentation
  • Will float between progressive units and occasionally med/surg
