Job Description:

As a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse, you will provide direct and indirect patient care in the office/clinic setting. You will be responsible for maintaining regulatory requirements, nursing and office/clinic policies, procedures, and standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient information
  • Communicate effectively with physicians and team members about patient clinical condition, including diagnostic study results and symptomatology
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Conduct routine checks on patients' vital signs and medical conditions

Licensure and Certifications:

  • Current RN Licensure to practice in the state of Kentucky or a Current RN Licensure with a multistate compact status
  • American Heart Association BLS certificate or obtained within 90 days after hire date

Requirements:

  • Critical thinking skills and decisive judgment
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Capacity to thrive in a stressful environment

Language Skills:

Able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
