Job Description

Facility: WAB - Wellstar Administrative Building

The Physical Therapist Float assesses, plans, organizes, and participates in rehabilitative programs that improve mobility, relieve pain, increase strength, and decrease or prevent deformity of patients suffering from disease or injury. Services are provided across the full continuum and rendered in a cost-conscious, quality-focused focused, and customer-oriented manner. Compliance with all applicable regulatory standards is also required in this role. The position will be floating within a specific region traveling between hospitals in that region.

Region 2 Central: Cobb, Paulding, and Douglas Hospitals

Region 3 South: Spalding, Sylvan Grove, and West Georgia Hospitals

 

Our Wellstar Enterprise Support Team (W.E.S.T.) is our Float Team of nursing professionals, which supports various hospitals within the organization. We are seeking experienced, high-performance, professional nurses to join our team. Therapists are supported by an engaged and caring leadership team.
