Position Summary:
The Educator position is responsible for a variety of training and development duties. The Educator works with staff to enhance clinical competency, critical thinking and process/procedures improving practice while promoting high quality, safe patient care.
Reports to: Director of Clinical Education
FLSA: Non-Exempt
Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum EducationX Associate's Degree preferredDrag Edit DeleteRequired Skills
3+ years of clinical experience in multiple clinical areas including Med/Surg, Telemetry, Surgical Services and/or Critical Care.
Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.Drag Edit DeleteRequired Skills
Prior experience in teaching, or otherwise providing educational opportunities PreferredDrag Edit DeleteRequired Skills
Certifications on hire:
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
Current EMCT Paramedic Certification through State of Arizona required on hire

AZ LPN License required on hire.
