Tact Staff is seeking a travel nurse RN Hospice for a travel nursing job in Hermiston, Oregon.

Assesses,
delegates, coordinates, and evaluates the nursing care provided.  Ensures provision of quality care for
selected groups of patients through utilization of nursing process, established
standards of care, policies and procedures. 
He/She initiates the Plan of Care and necessary revisions and is
responsible for the overall care of the patient.  He/she initiates appropriate measures to promote
symptom management and patient driven care for terminally ill patients.  The Hospice RN is directly responsible to the
Director of Hospice.
