Weekly Gross Pay $2,969.80

Job Description:
As a Cardiac Ultrasound Technician, you will play a crucial role in our diagnostic team. You will be responsible for operating ultrasound equipment to perform a variety of diagnostic procedures, ensuring high-quality imaging for accurate diagnosis and treatment. The ideal candidate will have excellent technical skills, a keen eye for detail, and a patient-centered approach.

Responsibilities:

  • \tPerform cardiac ultrasound procedures on patients
  • \tPrepare patients for procedures by explaining the process and answering any questions they may have.
  • \tOperate ultrasound equipment and adjust settings to obtain the best image quality.
  • \tAnalyze and interpret ultrasound images, providing preliminary findings to physicians.
  • \tMaintain accurate patient records and document procedures and findings.
  • \tEnsure the safety and comfort of patients throughout the procedure.
  • \tStay up-to-date with advancements in ultrasound technology and techniques.
  • \tCollaborate with the medical team to provide comprehensive patient care.


Qualifications:
  • \tAssociate's or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a related field.
  • \tARDMS (American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography- Echo) certification is required.
  • \tEchocardiogram and TEE experience required
  • \tMinimum of 2 years of experience as an Ultrasound Technician.
  • \tProficient in using ultrasound equipment and imaging software.
  • \tStrong understanding of anatomy and physiology.
  • \tExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • \tAbility to work independently and as part of a team.
  • \tAttention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • \tCompassionate and patient-focused attitude.
