Job Details:
•\tPay: $110 Hr.
•\tCoverage Dates: ASAP – 3-6 Months, with option to extend.
•\tShift Schedule: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM – Saturday & Sunday along with 3 days during the week (Example: Saturday, Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) (40 hrs. a week)
•\tNo call
•\tPatient Types: Well Child Physicals (9-12 years), well baby & child visits, immunizations
•\tPatients per Day/Volume: Estimated 25-28 Patients per 8 Hour Day
•\tEMR: EPIC
•\tCredentialing timeframe: 12 weeks
Requirements:
•\tActive unrestricted CA License
•\tActive BLS certifications
•\tActive DEA
•\tMust have 2 yrs peds experience.
•\tBoard Certified
•\tFull-time coverage is mandatory—no deviations from the requested schedule will be accepted.
•\tMust be able to provide at least 2 supervisory references.
