Position Summary:

Facilitates, coordinates, and evaluates nursing services in Interventional Radiology. Applies all nursing principles, theories, and techniques of nursing to maintain an optimal patient outcome. Under the direction of the Director, functions as a member of the interventional radiology department to provide care for patients of all ages: (neonates, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatric). Participates with the operations manager in continuous performance improvement. 


Minimum Qualifications: 

  • High School graduate or equivalent. Graduate of a School of Nursing 
  • Bachelor of Science
  • Current PA Registered Nurse License to practice nursing in the Commonwealth of PA required
  • Current ACLS
  • Basic Dysrhythmia Course
  • Willing to be trained in conscious sedation with proficiency acquired in 6 months  
  • One-year of experience within the past 5 years, in one of the following areas: Critical Care Nursing, ER, PACU, ICU, CCU, Cardiac Cath Lab, Interventional Radiology, ICU step down unit, progressive care.
