Shift: Days, 7:30a-5:30p, 10x4, 40hrs per week



Length: 13 weeks

On Call Hours 1 day a week 5:30p-7a



Requirements:




  • IN License 
  • Minimum 1 Year Experience
  • BLS
  • ARRT
  • PACS, C-Arm, and Contrast preferred

First Time Travelers Accepted
*** Call-Ins: If a traveler call-ins for a contracted shift, the traveler is expected to 1) make up the day during the pay period, if a 0.9 FTE. OR 2) if a 0.9 FTE and unable to make up during the pay period, then the shift will be added at the end of the traveler contract 3) If a 1.2 FTE, any call-in shifts will be added to the end of the contract
Certification Requirements: BLS and ARRT
Skillset Requirement: Minimum 1 Year ExperienceSkillset Preferences: PACS, C-Arm, and Contrast
Equipment Used: Siemens
Unit Information: Liver center, Y 90, MAAS, AVS, DEBS, PTC, Drain Placements
Call Requirements: On Call Hours 1 day a week 530pm-7am
