** Traveler will be working primarily at the Tahoe Forest MultiSpecialty Clinic/Urgent Care in Olympic Valley (1885 Village South Rd, Olympic Valley, CA)**
Position: X-Ray Tech (DI Tech II)
Schedule: 40 hours a week
•\t10 hour days with a schedule between 7am – 6pm
•\tRotating weekends ~2 – 3 weekends a month as our Urgent Care is open 7 days/week (Palisades, Truckee, Tahoe City locations)
Contract Duration: 13 weeks with opportunity for extension if needed (will let you know 2 weeks ahead of time)
Experience:
•\t3 – 5 years of experience (Orthopedic experience preferred)
•\tAbility to work in a face paced environment as these are all patients that come from urgent care so the volume can vary by day and clinic
•\tExpected to room patients, turn over exam room
•\tNote that no appointments are scheduled as this is an Urgent Care setting
•\tNo fluro
Education:
•\tCertificate of completion from college or vocational school
o\tSuccessful completion of a Radiologic Technologist Program (College or Institutional Program) approved by the Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT). The college program will grant a minimum of an Associate’s Degree (A.S.) or Radiologic Technology program or equivalent
•\tAmerican Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
EMR: EPIC
Equipment: Philips Eyesight as PACS, Nuance (both trainable)
Call Requirement: None
BLS Requirement: Yes
