Our client, a prestigious law firm, is seeking a skilled Commercial Real Estate Attorney with 2-5 years of experience to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting and negotiating purchase agreements, leases, and loan documents.
  • Conducting due diligence, including title and survey reviews.
  • Advising clients on real estate-related legal issues and strategies.
  • Managing and closing complex real estate transactions.

Qualifications:

  • JD from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials.
  • Active bar membership in the state of Georgia and in good standing.
  • Proven experience in commercial real estate law at a law firm or in-house legal department.
  • Exceptional analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
